Madi Browne

Living life one beach at a time

Intercru: What do you love most about photography?

Madi: Always getting to meet new people and discover new places. Everyday is different.

What inspires you? Where do you find creative inspiration?

Everything! From other photographers work, to movies, music and even old props I find can spark an idea for a shot.

How do you create the perfect photo?

Luck mostly. I shoot mainly outdoors, so I will always try to shoot in sunny weather and at the time of day I know the light will hit that location the best, but aside from that there’s not much else I can control. I know my camera and I know how best to capture different light but it relies on much more that. You need to be in the right position in time for the perfect pose, where the light is hitting just right and all the outside elements are cooperating. So yeah, luck mostly.

What emotions do you try to convey in your photos?

Fun I reckon. I love my job and I always have so much fun on shoots, a lot of the time I think that comes across in my images. I like to capture those little moments when the model isn’t posing, so I guess my shots have quite a natural vibe.
