Intercru: Where are you from?
Josefina: I was raised and born in Buenos Aires, Argentina.
Where do you live and work now?
I still live in Buenos Aires. I’m a graphic designer working at Abad Studio and a freelance analog photographer.
How did you get started in photography?
I started before school. I was always shooting photos while on summer holidays with friends :)

What’s your favorite camera to use? Favorite film?
My favorite combo is: Pentax Asahi Spotmatic & Kodak Portra 400.
What do you do to find creative inspiration for your work?
Observation for me is the key to find creative inspiration: in nature, in architecture, in art, and in movies.
Are your photoshoots mostly spontaneous or do you plan them out a lot?
I’m a little bit of both!
What are some of your favorite Instagram accounts to follow?
Right now, I love @piariverola, @prideaux, and @ladylake.
What’s the best piece of advice you’ve ever received?
Don’t do what you don’t want others to do to you.
What would your dream photoshoot be like?
It would be in the middle of nature, outdoors with sunrise or sunset light. Maybe at a beach with some cliffs. And of course, a good team to work with.
